As a specialized division of AVI-SPL's systems design and installation team, the Control Room Group focuses on meeting the unique requirements of mission critical facilities and control center operations. This includes 24/7/365 application environments such as war rooms, emergency operations centers, transportation and security monitoring systems, and call centers.
AVI-SPL CS2 - Creative Show Services
Creative Show Services (CS2) is AVI-SPL's "script-to-screen" division. Whether you need video, interactive media or the latest technology for a live event, we will help you communicate your message with impact. No matter what your communication goals are, we're here to help you fulfill them.
AVI-SPL Hotel and Rental Services
AVI-SPL's Hotel and Rental Services division provides everything from a simple projector rental to fully staged meetings including sound and lighting. We provide rental equipment from several office locations, or we can deploy our unique Meeting-In-A-Box or Gig-A-Box® packages directly to your location. Our teams are also disbursed around the country and in Mexico at over 30 different resort and hotel properties to meet your presentation needs when traveling.
Logistic Innovations
As a compliment to AVI-SPL's Rental Division, Logistic Innovations provides dependable event management services, including logistic management and consulting, planning, venue search and selection, and contracting. Logistic Innovations also assists companies with marketing functions of the event; such as attendee registration, correspondence, strategic audience generation, database management, reporting and reconciliation.
Managing Conferencing Services (MCS)
AVI-SPL's goal is to help our clients achieve the optimum return-on-investment capabilities from their audio and video technologies. AVI-SPL's service and maintenance programs will provide you with a comprehensive, nationwide, 24/7/365 support system. Our industry-leading service programs include on-site support, off-site support or a mixture of the two.
AVI-SPL's unique Managed Conferencing Services (MCS) enable clients to strategically manage their newly installed system with the assistance of MCS' custom support, tailored to meet each specific requirement. By incorporating some or all of these MCS components, clients can improve technology-related productivity, reduce costs, and improve the effectiveness of presentations and conferences.
